Your Goals

Hey Guys,

I know this is somewhat belated but better late then never. While assessing your diets we need to have an idea of what you would like to get out of this challenge goal wise. Different goals necessitate different dietary guidelines, so to make it individualized please post all your goals for this 45 days. Don't get hung up on this, write whatever comes to mind. It can be a physical appearance goal (lose 5 lbs), physical achievement ( get 1 pull-up), or even a mental goal. Keep it simple.


PS I'm posting from connecticut right now while attending my first level OPT cert. Learning some great stuff to bring back to the gym next week.

  2. Get to a body weight of 145-150. Current weight is 140.
    Deadlift 290-300x1 last tested 265x3
    Clean 165x1 last tested 145x1
    Improve technique on more technical lifts such as snatch and push jerk.
    1 Muscle-up
    5 HSPU
    Improve Shoulder Flexibility.

    2) Would like to get to a weight of 160 (currently 155ish)
    3) Crush the ToughMudder with my homeboys.

  4. lose body fat from around midsection/improve hips to waist ratio. currently 34/39.

    learn the kipping pullup
    improve form with all olympic lifts

    1. Look like Gus after he looks like Kyle without a shirt on.
    2. Do >30 pullups in 60secs.
    3. Get to a "lean" 185. (Currently 190)
    4. Six pack instead of a keg.
    4. Live out my dream of becoming Double Dragon with Andy.

    2) invent paleo beer
    3) be able to do ONE pullup without the band
    4) look like musto after he looks like gus after he looks like kyle without a shirt on (jk)

    2. find out what double dragon is
    3. do a couple kipping pullups
    4. real pushups
    5. weightloss/toning (esp abs)
