Ahh the Holy Grail..

    cup of almonds

    tilapia .4 lbs
    mixed salad(leafy greens assorted peppers)

    2 slices of mango
    1/2 cup almonds

    1 cup coconut milk
    banana
    heaping tbs almond butter
    1 scoop b rice protein

    Mushroom tofu soup(not a lot of tofu light brothy soup)
    1/2 cup mixed salad(leafy greens, red onion)
    1 tsp avocado
    some homemade croutons( sprouted grain bread, spices)

    Steve's Original PaleoKit(grass fed beef jerky, nus, berries)

    2 eggs scrambled
    2 links feta/spinach chicken sausage
    1 avocado

    post workout
    peach shake with orange juice, egg white protein

    lunch
    tomato soup
    salad with roasted beet, cucumber , tomato, walnuts, lemon/mustard/flax oil dressing

    dinner
    grass fed osso bucco over cauliflower rice

    snack
    chia pudding - chia seeds soaked in almond milk, pumpkin spice and a little stevia

    green tea

    An assorment of sushi

    2nd dinner
    Tuna

    Hot chocolate and an array of nuts/berries and an apple mixed in there

    Chicken sausage with 2 whole eggs scrambled with 1 slice of cheese.

    Nothing else until 4 am munchie meal... mozz stick sandwich with fries from dennys
