Guacamole Recipe

-3 ripe avocado
-peeled 1 ripe roma tomato
-chopped small cilantro leaves
-chopped 4 green onions
-chopped 1 tablespoon sliced jalepeno
-fresh lime
-chopped garlic cloves
Mix & mince in a bowl.. add a little salt and a little pepper
So what do you eat the guacamole with if you cant eat chips?? Plenty. I like to add my avacado to alot of my foods; all I think of guacamole as is some creamy seasoned up avacado. You can throw it on your burgers, eggs, turkey burgers, chicken, steak etc. Just depends on how froggy your feeling that day. Have fun with it.

    1/2 cup almonds

    .360 lbs honey mustard chicken w/ bones
    .19 mixed salad(leafy greens and assorted peppers)

    2 egg whites
    1 cup spinach
    1/2 cup onion
    1 chicken sausage link
    1/2 avocado

    Sweet potato burrito thing( onions, kidney beans, sweet potato, garlic, scallions, salsa, half avocado) no wrap

    1 tbs homemade rice pudding(coconut milk, rice, cinnamon)

  5. 1/30/11 AKA 20%

    I had a spinach and egg white omelet.

    I had I think 3 mozz sticks.

    A half a bagel with peanut butter

    chicken fingers with cheese fries and ranch dressing

    Like 4 butter cookies

    cheesy gordita crunch and crunchwrap supreme...


    I know i over did it, but i barely ate saturday and i couldnt stop
