About to get a little technical on this one but some interesting reading...

Scientists are reporting new evidence that the fat tissue in those spare tires and lower belly pooches - far from being a dormant storage depot for surplus calories - is an active organ that sends chemical signals to other parts of the body, perhaps increasing the risk of heart attacks, cancer, and other diseases.     about 10 red potato tidbits
    rest of plate filled w. broccoli
    1/2 avocado

    1/2 cup macadamia nuts
    7 dried apple rings

    Strawberries/Raspberries (8oz/3oz)

    Lunch:
    Grilled chicken over bed of greens, peppers, onions, carrots, tomatoes, balsamic vinagrette

    Dinner:
    Banana

    Major stomach flu hit, and none of that stayed down, so I don't think any of it counts.
