Sunday Funday

Hope you guys enjoy your sunday off. Remember,
stretching adds to more power and mobility.
Take sometime to stretch like Granny here. Or if possible, rollout on a lax ball or foam roller.

    1 banana
    1 tbs almond butter
    1 tbs cacao powder
    1 scoop sfh pwo

    1/2 cup sliced almonds
    1/4 cup goji berries

    .45 lbs wild salmon
    2 biscuits
    rest of plate baby lettuces

    Bad stomach problems cant eat that much

  4. This weekend was absolute Faileo. It involved bananas foster, a chocolate dipped oreo, 3 oz. of fudge, a slice of pizza, and my pride. I won't even get into it. Show site is a beast all its own with this diet. Back on track to victory, I will just have to remain perfect these next two weeks. Victory or death.

    Monday 2/14:

    Breakfast: Coffee - milk
    2 oz. of almonds
    2 oz. cashews

    Lunch:
    Beef Jerky
    Salmon, veggies (squash, zuchinni, peppers, tomatoes)

    Dinner: Protein shake w/ coconut milk
    4 oz. chicken
    one chicken apple sausage

  6. Fell of track on posting. I was keeping track and gonna post the week, but my laptop just crapped out... Here's what I have off memory, which as Kyle knows isn't that good for some reason.

    MONDAY the 14th....

    BFast: Egg and cheese on a croissant (Leftover cheatmeal from Sunday)

    Lunch: 4 oz grilled chicken breast

    Snack: Cup of almonds

    Dinner: 4 oz grilled chicken with a salad with oil and vinegar.



    TUESDAY the 15th

    Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with 1 slice cheese, 2 hard boiled egg whites.

    Lunch: Salad with oil and vinegar.

    Dinner: 8 oz of skirt steak.


    WEDNESDAY the 16th...

    Breakfast: 4 eggs (2 reg 2 whites) scrambled with a slice of cheese.

    Lunch: 6 oz grilled chicken.

    Snack: Cup of almonds and a french vanilla coffee.

    Dinner: 8 oz skirt steak and a salad with vinegarette dressing. And a brownie to cure my sweet tooth.



    THURSDAY the 17th...

    Breakfast: 4 hardboiled egg whites

    Snack: Cup of almonds with a french vanilla coffee.

    Lunch: Some gyro meat with lettuce and a little yogurt sauce, with a half a piece of grilled chicken, maybe about 2-3oz.

    Dinner: 8 oz grilled chicken and a salad with vinagarette dressing. And 1 valentines day chocolate, damn sweet tooth.


    All my salads are just lettuce, cucumbers and shredded carrots. I drink nothing but waters throughout the entire day, trying to do at least a gallon a day.

    3 handful almonds in the am

    Lunch: salad with grilled chicken, corn (BEFORE I KNEW IT WAS A STARCH), carrots, cucumbers, peppers, onions

    Two spoonful of peanut butter

    Dinner: turkey bacon, 2 eggs, and a little chilula hot sauce magic

    Protein powder w/water

    breakfast: apple

    lunch: assorted rollups of 5 slices roast beef, 5 slices turkey, 5 slices ham (deli), two handful lettuce with italian dressing

    dinner: salad with grilled chicken, carrots, cucumbers, peppers, onions, greek dressing

    A SLIVER (that's right, a sliver) of ice cream cake. FAILEO!

    Two spoonful peanut butter

    1 peanut butter cup

    1 fantastic time

    Breakfast: apple, granola bar

    Lunch: Vegetable salad (lettuce, tomato, carrot, cucumber, onion) with grilled chicken and greek dressing

    Dinner: protein shake with coconut milk, paleo omlette w/spinach, 2 eggs, onion, olive oil, salsa and chilula hot sauce magic (it was the BALLS!, thanks Mikey Reynolds.)

    breakfast:
    Handful of almonds
    full pack of beef jerkey

    lunch: Vegetable salad (lettuce, tomato, carrot, cucumber, onion) with grilled chicken and greek dressing

    dinner: tuna salad sandwich (half bread removed)

    snacks: Are you ready for show site mayhem?

    Two handful pirate booty deliciousness, 3 mini peanut butter cups, 2 small chocolate covered pretzels, espresso with skim milk, half spoonful of peanut butter, apple, and about 7 bottles of water.

    In my defense -- thursday and friday i was on my feet from 6am to 10pm AND crossfitted. I earned my cheats.

  13. FRIDAY the 18th...

    Breakfast: 4 hard boiled egg whites.

    Lunch: 6oz grilled chicken with a tbsp of yogurt sauce, and a salad with vinaigrette dressing.

    Dinner: 8 oz skirt streak.

    Snack: Handful of tostitos dipped in spin/artichoke dip :(


    Gallon of water throughout the day.
