    2 eggs scrambled
    iced Coffee

    Lunch:
    2 pieces grilled chicken
    carrots

    Snack:
    Apple

    Dinner:
    Steak
    Sweet potato
    Salad w/balsamic vinegarette

  3. 1/4 cup trail mix(almonds, cashews, dried mangoes)

    .6lbs grass fed beef
    1/2 cup red onions
    3 carrots

    1 cup coconut milk
    1 banana
    1 scoop sfh pwo
    2 tbs almond butter

  4. Breakfast:

    2 eggs, 1 egg white
    2 sausage patties
    7 pineapple slices

    Lunch: saladwith green peppers, grilled chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, balsamic vinagrette

    snack: 10 oz. chili, and some other things that were probably 80/20, like 1/4 of a bacon cheeseburger without the bun

    Dinner: steak tips (marinated in bbq sauce)
    carrots/green beans
    vodka soda (80/20)
