    1 scoop brown rice protein
    1 banana
    1 tbs cacao powder

    7oz chicken
    5 big brussel sprouts
    rest of plate spinach
    1 tbs fish oil

    1 cup coconut milk
    1 scoop stronger faster healthier pwo
    1 banana
    2 tbs cacao powder
    1 tbs almond butter

    .11 red mashed tatoes
    .23 honey mustard chicken breast
    mixed salad

    3 small slices homemade barbecue bacon pizza

    3 handfuls goji berries
    magnesium calm

    Handful of cashews
    Egg white omlette - spinach and tomatoes

    Lunch:
    Two turkey burger patties, tomato, salsa

    Snack:
    spoonful of almond butter, spoonful of yogurt and blueberries

    Pre workout:
    spoonful of peanut butter

    Dinner: 2 cups of corn with apple chicken sausage and 5 .oz grilled chicken
